Common Questions

What's the setup fee, and how is it different from the monthly?

The setup fee is a one-time cost that covers building and configuring your complete system from scratch, in your voice, for your services and your market. The monthly is the ongoing cost of running the system: the platform, the optimization, and my support. Setup is the build. Monthly is keeping it running.

What if I want to upgrade later?

Easy. You can upgrade your plan at any time. Your existing system carries over, and I just add on top of what's already running. No rebuild, no re-setup fee on the parts you already have in place.

Can I downgrade if my needs change?

Yes. If you need to step down to a smaller plan, you can do that month-to-month with no penalty. I'll walk you through what stays active and what pauses. You're not locked into any tier.

What if I need to cancel mid-month, do I get a refund?

Every plan is month-to-month, so your billing stops at the end of the current cycle when you cancel. I don't prorate partial months, because the system is running and I'm supporting you through the cycle. No penalty fees, no contract to break.

Are there any hidden fees or per-message charges?

No. What you see is what you pay. Your monthly covers the platform, my work, the follow-up systems, and the included usage. If your business grows past the standard usage, I'll talk to you before anything changes. No surprise charges.

Will my price ever go up?

Pricing is month-to-month, so I reserve the right to update it over time. But existing clients keep their original rate as long as their plan stays active. I don't raise the price on people who already trusted me with the work.

What happens after the setup period, do I get billed during setup?

Your monthly billing starts when the system goes live, not when you sign. Setup typically takes about two to three weeks, depending on how quickly I get the information I need from you. Once everything is connected and running, the first monthly cycle begins.
